-Licensed in Maryland
-Master’s degree
-2+ years of BCBA experience
-Hands-on experience working with children with autism (ages 4–21)
-Willingness to travel to Maryland at least once per month for face-to-face visits
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
-Experience with an EMR (Client uses Rethink)
Job Description
Our client, a behavioral health provider serving children and young adults with autism, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a growing caseload in Maryland.
This position offers a hybrid work model (approximately 75% virtual / 25% in-person) and is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in real-world clinical settings, values strong communication, and can work independently while collaborating across care teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct behavioral assessments and ongoing evaluations
-Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
-Supervise BTs and RBTs
-Provide parent training (billable)
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned families
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including: Teachers, Speech therapists, Physical therapists, Pediatricians
-Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes within the EMR
-Coordinate scheduling and ongoing sessions within the EMR system
Hourly Pay: $80-$85/hr depending on experience.
