The Designer supports complex construction projects through the creation, maintenance, and coordination of detailed 3D models. This position requires proficiency in Revit and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Preferred experience includes mechanical piping or semiconductor fabrication. The role is responsible for ensuring model accuracy, supporting BIM processes, and aiding field operations.
Responsibilities
Work is performed in an office environment in Boise, ID, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and use technology for extended periods. The role is primarily on-site in a trailer with a team of BIM Coordinators. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, up to 50 hours per week. The role involves mobility within both office and construction site environments, exposure to weather conditions, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Flexibility to work various schedules and longer hours, when necessary, is required. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is expected. Potential travel to client sites may be required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
