Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator

Role Overview

The Bilingual CRC will support clinical trials from study start‑up through close‑out, with a strong focus on participant experience, protocol compliance, and high‑quality

data collection. This role requires Spanish fluency and hands‑on clinical research experience.

  • Screen, consent, enroll, and manage study participants throughout the trial lifecycle
  • Conduct study visits and procedures, including vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and sample processing
  • Identify, document, and report AEs/SAEs; review labs and diagnostics with investigators
  • Maintain accurate, real‑time source documentation and resolve EDC queries
  • Manage investigational product accountability and study supplies
  • Support patient recruitment efforts and community outreach
  • Coordinate site visits and collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams
  • Ensure protocol adherence, GCP compliance, and a high‑quality participant experience

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience required
  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Strong working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
  • Proficiency with EDC systems, clinical databases, and MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • State‑specific certifications as required
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 10%

This is a Permanent position based out of Dalton, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
