Job Summary:
The Belonging & Emerging Markets Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of programs, initiatives, and events across the Belonging Team. It provides comprehensive project coordination, data analysis, communications support, and administrative oversight for both internal and external-facing activities, including trainings, events, awards programs, and strategic partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams, councils, and external partners, the position ensures effective implementation of Belonging initiatives, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of related tools and programs. As a strategic contributor, the role leads planning and problem-solving efforts for assigned programs and serves as the primary operational and administrative liaison for the department, coordinating program marketing and reporting in collaboration with partner departments.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Two years of Belonging experience is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Associate degree is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong administrative experience.
Experience in project management, Business Resource Group management/development, community event planning, planning, volunteer management.
Excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
