A day in the life ...

As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for warmly greeting all guests upon arrival. You will assist guests with their luggage promptly during both check-in and check-out. Additionally, you will promote all hotel amenities and events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with transportation needs, including hailing taxis, arranging Uber or other ride services.
• Answering guest inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Providing a brief orientation while escorting guests to their rooms, including information about:
  • Luggage storage areas
  • Restaurant hours and locations
  • Vending and ice machine locations
  • Concierge services and the evening’s scheduled event
  • Fit center and amenities
  • In-room equipment and emergency exit routes

You own this if you have ...

• Possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and remain composed in high-stress situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Friendly, courteous, engaging, and genuinely passionate about guest service.
• Able to follow instructions thoroughly and anticipate guest service needs.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with co-workers.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest and hotel-related information.
• Able to multitask and manage busy situations gracefully and efficiently.
