Maintains proper Bell Staff rotation and record of services performed. $18.00 Per Hour
• Receives service requests and makes appropriate work assignments utilizing "front" & "lasts" as appropriate.
• Assists guests in a polite, courteous manner when answering inquiries and ensures proper handling of Front Service phone calls.
• Performs daily supply, equipment checks, maintains equipment, supply logbook.
• Supervises handling of all tour group luggage, accounting for luggage counts and proper tagging of luggage.
• Maintains inventory of all printed supplies and notifies Supervisor when orders are required.
• Delivers, picks up guest laundry/dry cleaning and maintains accurate log of same.
• The Bell Captain is also responsible for the luggage room.
• Boxes and mails out displaced luggage.
• All storage and retrieval of guest luggage in the luggage room will be handled by the Bell Captain.
