PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to lead our residential and social rehabilitation program located in Santa Barbara, CA. In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Program Coordinator and serve as the Community Care Licensing (CCL) administrator for the facility who provide treatment and support to clients with mild to severe mental health symptoms, including bipolar illness, depression, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and anxiety. If you are a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), you can receive supervision hours with us.

Schedule: This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. Core hours of operation are 7:45am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday with variability based on need of the house, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation: Starting pay is $34 per hour.
The pay range for this position is $34 to $37.5 per hour. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, talent, and responsibilities.
