Must be willing to travel in Philadelphia areas.Sessions available Weekdays, Nights and Weekends.Treating young children in 1 on 1 sessions.Responsibilities as an RBT/BHT:Support childrens behavioral, social, and emotional development through individualized behavior support plans.Implement evidence-based strategies that make learning positive behaviors engaging and meaningful.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to promote consistency and whole-child growth.Empower children to build communication, coping, and daily living skills for greater independence and confidence.Job Requirements for RBT/BHT:High school diploma40 hour RBT certification ($250 sign on bonus) or willingness to complete RBT/BHT training and certificationExperience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs (preferred)Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for helping children and families thriveBenefits:
