Sweet Butter is hiring a full-time Barista for its on-site location in Los Angeles, CA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, drinks, and food items. This role includes interacting with customers, providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive team environment. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper food preparation, operating equipment, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Proficiency in Barista skills and basic Food Preparation knowledge
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to maintain a positive customer experience
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with team members and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
