Who You Are

  • A hospitality professional with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain in a luxury hotel or high-end catering operation
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • A proactive leader who takes initiative and drives continuous improvement
  • Passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating exceptional guest experiences


What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example through professional conduct, clear communication, and a service-first mindset
  • Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve service challenges swiftly and thoughtfully
  • Lead and participate in daily pre-shift meetings to review event logistics and service standards
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet storage areas, uniforms, and service spaces
  • Support the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a high-performing, cost-effective operation
  • Build relationships with repeat clientele and foster connections with new guests
