Main responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality customer service in alignment with company standards and policies
- Oversee daily operations, production, and staffing for the bakery department
- Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules and labor assignments
- Supervise, train, and coach bakery associates to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure bakery products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery work areas, equipment, and display cases
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, employee safety, and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory, ordering, and record keeping for bakery ingredients and supplies
- Take customer orders, promote bakery products, and support sales growth

- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to read and follow recipes, instructions, and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Other requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to regular and reliable attendance
- Compliance with uniform, grooming, and workplace conduct standards
- Ability to work in a temperature‑controlled store environment with occasional exposure to varying temperatures
