Title: Azure Solution Architect

Role Summary
- Act as the primary architect for client digital transformation initiatives on Azure.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- Lead large-scale cloud migration and hybrid/cloud-native implementations.
- Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, cost, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design
- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for Azure solutions.
- Ensure alignment with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
Infrastructure & Migration
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects.
- Design secure network topologies, virtual machines, and storage solutions.
- Implement scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure.
Governance & Security
- Implement Azure Policies and Blueprints for governance.
- Ensure compliance, security, and risk management across environments.
- Define and enforce identity and access controls.
Strategy & Consulting
- Act as a strategic advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop cloud adoption strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive cost optimization and performance efficiency initiatives.
DevOps & Collaboration
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build automated deployment pipelines.
- Work with development teams to ensure architectural alignment.
- Promote automation and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Experience
- Good experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Azure Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure IaaS and PaaS services
- Virtual networking (VNet, Subnets, NSG, VPN, ExpressRoute)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Cloud security and compliance frameworks
Architecture & Resilience
- Expertise in designing:
- High availability and fault-tolerant systems
- Disaster recovery solutions
- Globally scalable architectures
Scripting & Automation
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Terraform
- ARM Templates
- Ansible
DevOps & CI/CD
- Experience with:
- Azure DevOps tools
- CI/CD pipeline integration
- Deployment automation
Certification
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
