Job Title: Line Maintenance Technician – Aircraft Engines
Job Description
This role focuses on post-lease inspections and line maintenance of commercial aircraft engines, with a strong emphasis on gear turbo fan (GTF) platforms and related models. You will perform detailed visual and borescope inspections, disassemble and assemble engines and sub-assemblies, and carry out maintenance, repair, and service tasks in an engine MRO environment. The position requires a solid understanding of aviation maintenance practices, adherence to regulatory requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and airline customers.

Work Environment
This position is based in an engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility focused on commercial aircraft engines, including gear turbo fan platforms and related models such as V2500 and PW4000. You will work around large gas turbine engines, specialized tooling, borescope equipment, and precision measuring instruments in a hands-on, technical setting. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with an eight-hour shift, and start times are flexible, typically around 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m., as long as a full eight-hour day is completed. Overtime may be required as needed to meet operational demands. The environment emphasizes adherence to FAA and other regulatory standards, detailed documentation, and safe work practices appropriate for an engine shop and line maintenance operation. Appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment are required to ensure safety while working in and around engine hardware and tooling.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.00/hr.
