Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, we help buyers and sellers complete vehicle transactions through a modern, remote-first sales process built around speed, trust, and strong communication.

We are not a traditional dealership floor. Our team works internet leads, phone calls, text, email, and internal systems to guide buyers through the process from first inquiry to final sale.

Role Description

We are hiring an Automotive Call Center Representative / Internet Sales Representative to help manage inbound and outbound buyer leads for vehicles listed on our marketplace.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong on the phone, confident handling objections, and comfortable working a high-volume lead flow. You will communicate with prospective buyers, build rapport, answer questions, follow up consistently, and help move deals from inquiry to close.

This is an on-site role in Fort Lauderdale for someone who can work with urgency, stay organized, and deliver a strong customer experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound buyer communications by phone, text, and email
  • Follow up with internet leads quickly and consistently
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchase process
  • Answer vehicle, process, financing, trade-in, and transport questions as needed
  • Maintain organized follow-up and pipeline activity inside company systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to help move transactions forward
  • Stay proactive, responsive, and sales-focused throughout the day
  • Help create a premium buying experience for customers purchasing vehicles online

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with customers throughout the day
  • Sales experience in automotive, call center, BDC, internet sales, or inside sales preferred
  • Comfortable handling objections and asking for commitment
  • Strong follow-up habits and the ability to work active leads without letting them go cold
  • Organized, accountable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, lead tools, and sales software
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required for the right salesperson

  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
