Support sales to define scope and approach for new initiatives.-Tarpon DeliverySupport the development and execution of the Tarpon Delivery Team strategic vision Scale and improve the operations and processes needed to support the Managed Service Deliverables Stay current on the AI and automation landscape, translating emerging capabilities into practical recommendations for clients and internal teams.-Tarpon Community Participate in Tarpon Community activities specific to Program Management activities, including but not limited to: Program Management Certification training, Webinars, Research, User Groups QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field2+ years experience serving as a Program Director or similar position4+ years experience in client service or account management4+ years experience in designing and developing scalable automation and AI solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. Experience in Revenue Cycle and/or healthcare related industries desiredProficiency in process mapping applications like Visio, Lucid Charts, Canva, GitMind, etc. Required Experience:Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations (7+ years)Automation platform knowledge such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate, or AI/ML tools (5-7 years minimum)Proven experience in program management or a related leadership role (5-7 years minimum)Familiarity with budget management, strategic planning, and staffing planning CompetenciesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagementSelf-motivated and resourceful with the ability to independently work with multiple customers and meet deadlinesStrategic thinker, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management capabilitiesStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
