Account Manager (AV Integration & Workplace Technology Solutions) - St. Louis, MO

We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in AV integration, technology solutions, or commercial project environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, supporting AV-driven projects, and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within AV and workplace technology projects
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, general contractors, and key stakeholders
· Collaborate with AV design engineers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution
· Support the development of AV system solutions, including displays, control systems, conferencing, and collaboration tools
· Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and system recommendations aligned with client needs and budgets
· Manage project timelines, expectations, and communication from kickoff through completion
· Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and proactively address any issues
· Identify opportunities to expand AV scope, upgrades, and additional services within existing accounts
· Track account activity, pipeline updates, and revenue performance
· Stay up to date on AV technologies, including collaboration platforms and integrated systems
Requirements:
· 3–5+ years of experience in:
· Strong understanding of AV systems such as:
· Experience working with integrators, contractors, or corporate clients
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
· CTS or other AV certifications are a plus (not required)
