Role Description
This is a contract remote Attorney role. The Attorney will be responsible for delivering expert legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing guidance on labor and employment law matters. The role will also involve negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law and a strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and strategic Legal Advice and conduct in-depth Research
Strong Negotiation skills for contracts and agreements
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership
Experience in representing businesses or entrepreneurs is a plus
