A respected and dynamic law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven legal professional to work on diverse, high-stakes matters across or specifically in insurance defense, commercial litigation, financial services litigation, employment law, and real estate disputes. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial
- Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, commercial disputes, financial litigation, employment matters, and real estate litigation
- Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to drive successful outcomes
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in Pennsylvania
- 2 years of litigation experience minimum
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case priorities
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedures is preferred.
