Location:- Canton, GA & Gainesville, GA

Salary:- $110,000 – $150,000 base

Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and lead mediations.
  • Draft complex pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Provide empathetic, high-touch communication to clients during their recovery process.
  • Collaborate with senior partners on high-stakes trial preparation.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury (Plaintiff side preferred, but strong Defense candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
  • Skills: Proven track record of handling large caseloads and a desire to be in the courtroom.
  • Location: Ability to work out of either the Gainesville or Canton, GA office.


Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $150,000 base. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This role also includes significant bonus potential based on performance and settlements.
