A growing, multi-state defense litigation firm is seeking driven attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a passion for litigation to join our team in Oklahoma City. We handle complex, high-exposure matters across a diverse range of practice areas, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil & gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, premises liability, construction defect, and insurance coverage.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of their cases—with a clear path toward hands-on litigation and trial experience.
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma
- Strong litigation background and/or insurance defense experience preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
What You’ll Do
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Handle written discovery, depositions (taking and defending), and motion practice
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Evaluate case strategy, including liability, damages, and exposure
- Provide timely, thorough reporting and analysis in compliance with client guidelines
Trial experience is not required, but candidates with trial experience—or a strong desire to try cases—are highly encouraged to apply.
