Corporate Associate Attorney (Remote)
Location: Remote (must be admitted to practice in New York)
Experience: 2–8 years
Compensation: $200,000 – $290,000 base salary
Additional Compensation: Excellent bonus package + profit sharing

Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its corporate practice. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital financings
- Emerging growth and middle‑market company matters
- General corporate governance and commercial matters
- Draft, negotiate, and review principal transaction documents and ancillary agreements
- Take ownership of significant portions of deals and manage matters with increasing autonomy
- Communicate directly with clients, including founders, executives, and in‑house teams
- Collaborate effectively with partners and colleagues in a fully remote setting
Qualifications
- 2–8 years of corporate transactional experience
- Training at BigLaw or a nationally respected law firm
- Active New York bar admission required
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long‑term practice growth
