Our client is a growing and highly regarded plaintiff‑side law firm seeking an experienced Appellate Attorney / Plaintiff Bad Faith Attorney to join its expanding practice in Miami or Boca Raton. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated appellate matters and complex insurance bad‑faith litigation involving high‑stakes coverage disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in written advocacy and strategic litigation work and wants to play a meaningful role shaping outcomes at both the trial and appellate levels.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 (DOE)

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of plaintiff‑side appellate litigation and/or significant insurance bad‑faith litigation experience
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Florida appellate procedure and insurance‑related statutes
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently with sound legal judgment
