Role Description

Seeking a driven Associate or Senior Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We are looking for a self-starter with at least one year of litigation experience (workers’ compensation) who possesses a competitive spirit and a desire to build a long-term career.

Qualifications:

• Must be an active member of the California State Bar in good standing. While all litigation backgrounds are welcome, at least one year of experience in workers' compensation defense is preferred.
• A dedicated professional committed to proactive communication and delivering superior results for clients from the initial referral through final resolution.
• Highly organized with a sharp analytical mind and the ability to translate complex legal research into persuasive written and verbal arguments.
• Proficient in modern office tools, including MS Office, Teams, and the Meruscase management platform.
• A reliable collaborator who enjoys building professional connections and thrives in a supportive environment.
• Experience in Workers Compensation Defense experience is required.
