We’re working with one of the top-tier law firms in Dallas that is actively hiring a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for attorneys seeking hands-on litigation experience across a broad range of practice areas, including:

What You’ll Do:

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Handle motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on complex matters

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills
• Ability to handle cases independently
• Active Texas Bar license (required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $140K - $190K (DOE)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $190,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
