Law Life Coach Presents this position: Beverly Hills Personal Injury Boutique Law Firm is seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This position is ideal for an experienced litigator who can independently manage personal injury cases from inception through trial. The successful candidate will bring strong trial experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex matters with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough case investigations, evaluate liability, and develop effective litigation strategies
• Oversee clients’ medical treatment while maintaining consistent and professional communication
• Manage case files, draft demand packages, and negotiate settlements
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and expert testimony
• Participate in meet and confer efforts to resolve discovery disputes
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
• Serve as first or second chair at trial, including jury selection, examinations, and overall case presentation
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, arbitrations, and trial proceedings

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven first or second-chair trial experience
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing abilities
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 – $250,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses (based on experience)

Schedule & Location

• Full-time position (Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts)
• In-person role based in Beverly Hills, CA

Relocation Requirement
