Practice: Bankruptcy & Restructuring – Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, creditor rights, debtor representation, distressed asset sales, workouts, preference/avoidance actions, and bankruptcy litigation for debtors, creditors, committees, and financial institutions
