Schedule: PRN |Monday - Friday during school practice or event coverage; Saturday and Sunday depending on special event coverage or school activities

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Develop conditioning programs for injured and non-injured athletes to ensure safety in the program design incorporating nutrition plans and schedule customized to meet individual athlete needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training or rehabilitation programs to prevent injury and illness among athletes.
  • Evaluate and manage injuries. Maintain medical documentation on each athlete and acts as a liaison between the physician and the athlete.
  • Prepare athletes for practice or competition based on team schedules, applicable regulations and guidelines, and in conjunction with physician and sports performance staff.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Indiana Athletic Trainers Board obtained prior to hire dateor job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

Prior experience in high school, collegiate, or clinic settings is preferred (1–5+ years)
