Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE), Boeing Future of Flight (BFoF) is seeking an Associate Training and Content Specialist to support Boeing’s growing tour and facilitated experiences portfolio. This role is based on-site at the Mukilteo, WA facility and will report to the Tour Operations Manager, and work closely with BBE Marketing and Communications Manager and General Manager of Boeing Future of Flight.
As a world-renowned public facility and one of Puget Sound’s most popular tourist attractions, Boeing Future of Flight typically welcomes more than 300,000 visitors every year to experience tours of the Everett factory along with a 26,000 square foot Gallery of interactive and educational exhibits showcasing a wide range of aerospace innovation and STEM learning concepts. Experiences also include private events and public programs featuring Boeing themed concepts.
The Training and Content Specialist will oversee the training infrastructure for BFoF and act as primary script writer for all tours and facilitated programs. Scripted content includes the world-famous public Everett Factory Tour, onsite and virtual presentations branded as Boeing Backstage Pass that are delivered to internal or external audiences, Boeing business (VIP) tours, and interactive experiences in the Future of Flight Gallery. This role will develop and administer training programs for the Visitor Relations team and act as focal for delivering high quality, engaging public presentations for brand ambassadors. This role will work collaboratively with other members of Boeing Communications and Brand as well as BBE leadership to obtain updated enterprise information and approved key messages to integrate in public and internal tours and experiences. Enhancing our team’s ability to represent Boeing through inspiring storytelling and innovative performance is a primary focus for this role.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $77,350 - $104,650
