ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Recruiter plays a foundational role in Equiliem’s recruiting organization. This is a high-energy, activity-driven position ideal for individuals who are motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into a career with significant earning and advancement potential. No staffing experience is required — we provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program that teaches sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, communication skills, and the fundamentals of recruiting in the staffing industry. Success in this role requires coachability, persistence, strong communication, and a passion for achieving goals.

Salary: $20 - $24 an hour
Classification: Non-Exempt
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, unlimited PTO, 401(k), 7 paid holidays
Location: Hybrid (1/2 day a week) | East Brunswick, NJ and moving to Woodbridge / Islen in the next few months
Work Hours: Standard EST business hours
