The Associate Project Manager supports project execution within the Project Management department. Reporting to the Director, Project Management & Field Services, this role assists with project documentation, including O&M manuals, submittals, and other materials required for project delivery, and provides support to project managers, as needed.

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Compensation; $65,000-$75,000
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of project documentation including submittals, O&M manuals, and other materials required for equipment projects.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Drafting, Purchasing, Shop, and Field Service teams to support project schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables while supporting Project Managers in maintaining project standards and deadlines.
- Track and communicate the status of assigned tasks and project documentation to the Director of Project Management and Project Managers.
- Support the execution of smaller projects or project components as part of training and development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project coordination experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, or a related industry preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic project management principles including budgeting, scheduling, and customer coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems and project management software.
