Job Description:
A high-growth, AI-driven platform focused on modernizing fund administration and investment operations is seeking an Operations Associate. The platform integrates fund administration, portfolio management, KPI tracking, and investor experience into a centralized system used by finance and investment teams.
About the role:
The primary objective is to deliver an exceptional client experience from initial onboarding through full platform implementation. This role sits on the front lines of client engagement, owning the migration of complex investment firms from legacy systems onto a centralized operating platform.
This is a highly visible, client-facing position with direct impact on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. The role blends operations, project management, and client service, with meaningful ownership from day one.
What you’ll work on:
- Own client migration and implementation end-to-end, from signed contract through successful launch
- Build and refine operational processes and internal playbooks
- Partner closely with fund accounting and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and high-quality delivery
- Perform detailed reconciliations and quality control across historical financial reporting periods
- Troubleshoot operational issues, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support client onboarding, success, and ongoing account management
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement solutions
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience interacting with senior stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action and problem-solving
- 1–7 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or investment operations
