Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for managing workstation and end user issues, including the installation of
applications/software and the setup/movement of hardware. Responsibilities include ability to configure,
implement, maintain, and support applications/software with other internal IT staff and third-party consultants.
The role is in the New York City office but may require travel. This position will report directly to the Managing
Director IT.
