The comp: $95K–$115K base plus generous origination and productivity bonuses.

The hours: A low billable requirement, by design. Burned-out lawyers don't serve clients well, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise.
The work: Your own cases from day one. Real client interaction, real courtroom time. Mentorship that doesn't expire after orientation.
You'll need: A JD, an active PA bar license, and family law or litigation experience. The judgment to calm a panicked client matters as much as the credentials.
