Role Scope and Responsibilities


Data Foundations and Metrics

  • Partner with technical and data stakeholders to help define and maintain a scalable workforce data model
  • Translate business questions into clear, consistent workforce metrics and reporting logic
  • Establish and document metric definitions and data standards to ensure long-term consistency and accuracy
  • Validate workforce data across systems to ensure integrity and reliability


Governance and Alignment

  • Define and maintain core workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, and forecasting
  • Support the development of governance practices across HR and people-related systems
  • Drive alignment on workforce reporting across People, Finance, and senior leadership


Analytics and Reporting

  • Design and deliver dashboards and reporting for headcount, hiring, and workforce planning
  • Support workforce forecasting in partnership with Finance and business leaders
  • Provide actionable insights that inform talent decisions and operational planning
  • Ensure reporting is clear, intuitive, and executive-ready, with a strong emphasis on data visualization best practices


Qualifications


Experience

  • Approximately 6 to 10 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Workforce Analytics
  • Proven experience building or significantly evolving workforce reporting and analytics frameworks
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Engineering, or Data teams
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or technology environments preferred, though not required


Technical and Analytical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with workforce-related systems including HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Exposure to tools such as DAX, Python, or Alteryx is highly valued
  • Experience working with UKG is a plus but not a requirement
