Our client, a well known company in the food & beverage industry, is seeking an experienced HR leader to join their team as an Associate Director, HR. This is a 5-month contract role with strong visibility across executive leadership.

Description
The Associate Director, HR – Global Finance will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior Finance executives, driving people strategy across a complex, global organization spanning 20+ countries. This role is highly visible and will focus on organizational effectiveness, executive talent management, and culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Global Finance leadership, aligning HR strategies with business and financial goals
- Lead organizational design efforts, ensuring teams are structured for efficiency and growth
- Drive succession planning, executive talent development, and high-potential talent movement globally
- Partner on executive-level recruitment and capability building across key finance functions (FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury)
- Champion a high-performance, merit-based culture through performance management and leadership coaching
- Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, engagement, and turnover
- Lead change management initiatives and support large-scale global transformations
- Manage global people budgets and contribute to cost optimization strategies (ZBB)
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to deliver consistent global programs
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, including strong HR Business Partnering experience
- Proven experience supporting senior Finance leaders and influencing at the executive level
- Strong global HR experience within a matrixed organization
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning
- Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives using data and insights
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR strategy into business impact
- Experience driving performance management and culture transformation initiatives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
