Associate Client Service Representative – Treasury Services

Overview

We are seeking a client-focused Associate Client Service Officer to support Treasury Services operations and deliver a high-quality client experience. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses while maintaining service level standards. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses aligned with service level expectations
  • Provide Level 1 support for client inquiries, research issues, and deliver prompt resolutions
  • Escalate complex or time-sensitive matters to senior team members or leadership when appropriate
  • Maintain productivity targets and service standards while ensuring a high-quality client experience
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve operational and service-related matters
  • Contribute feedback to client service transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Meet role-specific performance objectives, including productivity, behavioral expectations, and certification requirements
  • Complete required training and learning programs within designated deadlines
  • Develop a strong understanding of Treasury Services products, operational workflows, and internal client service systems
  • Utilize internal tools, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting clients or customers in a service-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities


Preferred Experience

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) experience
  • Banking or payments operations experience
  • Prior experience in financial services client support or treasury services


Additional Information

  • Candidates may be considered with relevant experience in lieu of a college degree
  • Department-specific training on products and services will be provided after hire
  • No certifications required for this role
