Title: Senior Family Law Attorney

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of complex divorce and dissolution matters, including high-asset marital estate division.
• Draft, negotiate, and litigate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
• Handle child custody, timesharing, and support disputes — including interstate and international matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; New York Bar admission in good standing (required).
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated family law experience at a law firm.
• Demonstrated experience representing high-net-worth clients.
• Strong command of New York family law statutes, procedural rules, and case law.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
