Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP – Springfield, New Jersey office is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our team.

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP is a national firm with offices in NY, NJ, PA, LA, TX and London. Our practice spans professional liability, insurance coverage, and a wide range of litigation matters. What You’ll Be Doing

This is hands-on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial.

Your work will likely include but is not limited to:

• Premises liability
• Motor vehicle accidents
• Construction accidents
• Products liability
• Property damage and wrongful death claims

You’ll make in-person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

• Is admitted to practice in New Jersey (other bars are a plus!)
• Has 2+ years of litigation experience
• Writes clearly and persuasively
• Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product
• Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper

Compensation & Benefits 💼

• Salary: $115,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits include:
