Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Staff Attorney to join its San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic litigation team handling insurance defense, product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort matters for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Defend product liability, insurance defense and toxic tort litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with litigation teams on complex cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the California State Bar
• 6 months to 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience in product liability, insurance defense, toxic tort, or mass tort litigation preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
