Role Description
Our practice is actively seeking a dedicated full-time associate attorney to become part of our immigration team. With years of experience and deep connections within the immigration community, our team is dedicated to offering clients the highest level of service through a combination of education, advocacy, and compassion. The ideal candidate will have an interest in immigration law, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients navigating the complex immigration system.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration matters.
- Review case facts and develop case strategies.
- Analyze case situations and spot potential issues among a variety of immigration cases.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws, policies, and trends.
- Represent clients in removal proceedings and USCIS interviews.
- Maintain client contact to ensure clients are properly informed about their cases.
- Review and finalize immigration forms.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, filings, and other legal documents.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree required.
- Bar association admission/membership in good standing.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of relevant immigration experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Experience in immigration is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with Microsoft, eImmigration, and Adobe.
- Ability to learn and work in a team.
- Ability to work in a high-pace environment.
