Position Overview/Summary📒:
Our client, a respected California-based regional law practice with a growing office in Sacramento, CA (95816) invites Associate Attorney candidates with 2+ years of PUBLIC LAW experience to apply for a position representing public agencies in the firm's high respected Public Law Department.
Significant expertise in handling Land Use and CEQA matters and the ability to take the lead on complex land use projects is highly preferred. Real Estate and other transactional expertise also will be considered favorably.
A successful candidate is expected to be able to advise City Councils, Planning Commissions, or other governing boards at public meetings. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence.
Education🎓:
A JD degree is required.
Annual Comp./Salary💰/Benefits:
The salary range is up to 195K (calculated by JD class year) plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, 401K, paid parking onsite, annual reviews/bonuses, etc.
Annual Billable Hours ~ 1850 hrs.�
