Role Description

We are looking for an associate with 2-5 years experience as a practicing attorney to join our team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Daily tasks include handling family and matrimonial law cases, drafting legal documents and correspondence, analyzing discovery documents and representing clients in court as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and research skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar
• Must have experience handling matrimonial and/or family court matters.
