Associate Attorney – Tax & Transactional
📍 Miami, FL (Open to relocation or remote flexibility)
💰 $145,000 – $165,000 base + bonus
I’m partnering with a highly respected, boutique law firm to identify an Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in transactional and tax law. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team working on sophisticated and complex matters—without the rigid structure of a large firm.

What you’ll be doing:
• Advising clients on transactional and tax-related matters
• Structuring, reviewing, and negotiating complex business transactions
• Providing strategic tax planning and analysis
• Drafting agreements, memoranda, and legal documents
• Partnering closely with senior attorneys on deal execution
• Conducting research and staying ahead of legal developments
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience in transactional and tax law
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred
• Aviation law exposure is a plus
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar (or eligible)
