About the Role
This position offers hands-on experience across a broad range of family law matters, with direct involvement in both litigation and settlement-focused work. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on complex and emotionally significant cases.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, annulments, custody, visitation, child support, property and debt division, and spousal support
- Handle paternity, guardianship, adoption, and grandparent visitation matters
- Negotiate and draft premarital and postnuptial agreements
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Assist with trial preparation and attend court appearances
- Participate in hearings, discovery, and case strategy development
- Maintain strong client communication throughout all stages of representation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of family law experience
- Admitted to the Nevada Bar (required)

- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills, with attention to detail
- Strong courtroom and advocacy skills or demonstrated exposure to hearings and motions practice
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
