Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus, a litigation firm that specializes in high stakes trials, is seeking full time Associate Attorneys to assist with all phases of litigation.
Our ideal candidate is an attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience with: (i) strong research, writing, and analytical abilities; (ii) solid organization skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks; (iii) the ability to learn quickly, communicate well, show initiative, and thrive in a demanding environment; and (iv) a demonstrated interest in and commitment to working in a litigation setting. Prior coursework, training or work experience in consumer litigation, products liability or employment law fields is a plus. Trial experience also a desired attribute.
