I am currently working with a Mid-Size firm based in Atlanta who are actively seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role 💼

• Handle Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation - Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy - Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings - Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth - Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
