We are partnering with a well-established and growing law firm in Huntington Beach that is actively seeking a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to work on complex, high-value medical malpractice matters in a collaborative and flexible hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions of medical experts, plaintiffs, and witnesses
• Review and analyze medical records
• Work closely with expert witnesses to build strong case strategies
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 4+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
