Commercial Litigation Associate: Opportunity- Englewood, Colorado

Our client, a boutique law firm with deep roots in Colorado’s business community, is seeking Commercial Litigation Associates to join their Englewood office. This is an onsite role in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have 4-12 years of experience in commercial/business litigation and be licensed to practice in Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Practice area focus: Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Real Estate Litigation
• Compensation: $145,000-$170,000
• Bonus: Quarterly bonus program ranging from 3%–16% of total realized revenue, with no billable hour requirement. Bonuses are tied to objective performance metrics.
• Onsite, hybrid flexibility after 90 days
• Vision & Dental premiums covered 50% by the firm
• Life Insurance policy covered fully by the firm
• 401k with employer match
• Attorneys receive bonuses based on billable hour thresholds and origination of client matters and collected revenues, with an average bonus potential of $12,000 – $35,000

Key Qualifications:

• 4-12 years’ experience in Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Real Estate Litigation
• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice in Colorado
• Extensive trial experience
• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies
• Book of business would be great but not required
