Associate Attorney

Position : Intellectual Property Junior Associate (Technology Transactions)

Location: Chicago

Compensation: $180,000 – $235,000 + full benefits

An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Junior Associate (or 3L) to join its IP Technology Transactions team. This role involves contract drafting, negotiation, and supporting technology and commercial transactions in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience (including internships)
• JD (or current 3L) with strong academics
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Exposure to tech, e-commerce, consulting, financial services, or life sciences is a plus
• MN or IL Bar admission (or willingness to obtain)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office)
