Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Family Law Associate Attorney. Ideally we are looking for 0-2 years experience. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice to clients, perform in-depth legal research, review and draft legal documents, and represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings. The role will involve handling cases primarily in labor and employment law, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies. The attorney will also ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in litigation, or family law
• Proficiency in Legal Advice and Negotiation to effectively manage client relationships and represent their interests
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail
• All candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Prior experience in a law firm or a focus in family law or custody cases is preferred

$85,000+- $110,000 based on experience
